Returns
We offer a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unused, unburnt, and unopened

With all original labels, tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept used, burnt or damaged candles as they cannot be resold.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please request a return (if eligible), and once it is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period where you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
The product must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
